Personal Injury Lawyer | 2+ years PAE

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Personal Injury Lawyer to join our Emergency Services Team based in our Norwest office. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 2 + years post-admission experience who is looking to build their career within a supportive and well-established personal injury practice.

The successful candidate will ideally have demonstrated experience in exempt and non-exempt workers compensation, Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) claims and work injury damages matters, and will be confident working with injured clients in a professional, empathetic and practical manner.

About the Role

In this role, you will manage and assist with a range of personal injury matters, with a particular focus on workers compensation, TPD and work injury damages claims. You will work closely with senior practitioners developing your own technical expertise, client management skills and litigation experience.

About You

• Admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales with a current practising certificate;

• 2+ years PQE in personal injury law

• Experience in workers compensation is essential

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

• A professional, empathetic and client-focused approach

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Strong organisational skills and commitment to achieving positive outcomes for clients
