Administration Officer

This is a unique administration opportunity, based in Richlands office, we are looking for an all-rounder Operations professional to join us and make this role your own!

This role provides essential administrative support across various functions, including internal systems, financial operations, and workshop purchase orders. You will assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering positive relationships with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide administrative support with day-to-day operations, logistics and finance.
  
• Provide support in the processing inbound and outbound vehicles accurately and in a timely manner.
  
• Respond to Customer inquiries to secure new business and manage Customer requirements.
  
• Provide assistance to site supervisor in coordinating staff schedules.
  
• Invoicing customers: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for services rendered.
  
• Maintenance coordination: Book repairs or services for equipment when required.
  
• Other admin tasks as required including data entry, reporting and supporting site supervisor when required.
  

Who you are

• You have prior experience in administration/logistics/finance in a busy operations environment.
  
• You're a great communicator, with the ability to engage and inform.
  
• You're confident in your ability and the way that you work - adaptability, time management and organisational skills and take ownership of your role.
  
• You're confident in using MS Office and willing to quickly learn other systems as required.
  
• Qualifications in Administration and/or Supply Chain would be advantageous.
  
• Whilst experience in the waste arena is a nice to have, more important to us is the drive, motivation and resilience required to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environment.
