Customer Service Officer (MALC)

About the Role

The MALC is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team on a casual basis. We are seeking an applicant with a love of all things recreation, good administration and time management skills, and a friendly and happy personality.

This Customer Service Officer role is primarily serving Centre members and customers at reception, as well as undertaking additional duties including but not limited to; delivering membership tours, inductions and sales; kiosk sales and assisting with stock processes; assisting with bookings and various administrative support tasks.

This is an EBA Level 3 position with an hourly rate of $43.31 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading), with additional penalties.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

The successful applicant will have excellent communication, customer service and administration skills, with demonstrated knowledge of cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
