Program Manager – Information and Communication Technology (ICT)

Full-time, 38 hours a week – Ongoing
About the Role
The Program Manager – Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is responsible for providing timely and effective ICT support services to Rumbalara Aboriginal Co-operative, including its subsidiary, staff, Board members, volunteers and visitors. This includes providing technical advice, identifying and resolving problems, and troubleshooting.
The Program Manager – ICT will assist with professional hardware and software support and maintenance to enable the continued provision of essential services in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
About YouTo excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
A relevant ICT qualification combined with significant industry experience in a similar ICT role, or an equivalent combination of 8–10 years’ experience and training.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience relevant to this role as described below.
Significant experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Windows Workstation and Windows Server configuration, installation, maintenance, support and troubleshooting in a controlled standard operating environment.
Significant experience in network switch and router configuration, management and support.
Experience in providing technical advice, support and assistance to staff and management on a range of ICT functions.
Proven ability to undertake a variety of ICT tasks and project-based activities.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with a diverse group of customers on various ICT-related matters.
Demonstrated proficiency and experience using Microsoft applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Project) combined with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
