 Program Manager – Information and Communication Technology (ICT)

(New Position)

Full-time, 38 hours a week – Ongoing

 About the Role  

The Program Manager – Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is responsible for providing timely and effective ICT support services to Rumbalara Aboriginal Co-operative, including its subsidiary, staff, Board members, volunteers and visitors. This includes providing technical advice, identifying and resolving problems, and troubleshooting.

The Program Manager – ICT will assist with professional hardware and software support and maintenance to enable the continued provision of essential services in a timely, efficient and effective manner.

•  About YouTo excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

• A relevant ICT qualification combined with significant industry experience in a similar ICT role, or an equivalent combination of 8–10 years’ experience and training.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience relevant to this role as described below.

• Significant experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Windows Workstation and Windows Server configuration, installation, maintenance, support and troubleshooting in a controlled standard operating environment.

• Significant experience in network switch and router configuration, management and support.

• Experience in providing technical advice, support and assistance to staff and management on a range of ICT functions.

• Proven ability to undertake a variety of ICT tasks and project-based activities.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with a diverse group of customers on various ICT-related matters.

• Demonstrated proficiency and experience using Microsoft applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Project) combined with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
