Experienced Dental Assistant

Eastside Dental is part of a privately owned dental group that offers all types of general dentistry, surgical procedures, implant placements, Invisalign and digital dentistry. We have the most up to date facilities on site with second to none infection control and patient services. At the core of that is a Practice Principal that understands his most important investment is in his team.

You would be working in one of the most progressive dental practices in the area, where providing excellence in dental care is a major motivator for our team. We are very committed to continuing education, and strongly support and invest in our team.

About the role and you:

- You will be the person our patients will meet and love! Your warmth and genuine caring nature will make even our most anxious patients feel right at home.
- Dental assisting experience (min 1 year) preferred, with some crossover reception experience a highly advantageous
- Knowledge of D4W advantageous
- Maintaining high sterilization and infection control standards
- Play an initiative-taking role in each day’s appointment schedule to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible
- Experience in general dentistry, RCT, crown and bridge, Cerec, Surgical extractions, Implant placement (advantageous)
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as a part of a closer-knit team

Full time hours are available, however as an employer who values a work life balance, a job share arrangement would also be considered. We offer late night and Saturday appointments to best suit the needs of our patients. A willingness and ability to work these hours is also a requirement of the role.
