We currently have one (1) permanent full-time position available for immediate filling.
About the Role
Join our Human Resources Business Partnering team and play a key role in delivering strategic, customer-focused HR solutions that support our leaders and workforce. As part of a dynamic team, you will provide expert advice across a broad range of HR functions while building strong partnerships with stakeholders to drive positive people outcomes.
To succeed in this position, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience delivering complex HR services in a senior HR role.
Proven capability in managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex issues and provide practical, risk-based advice.
Excellent communication, consultation and relationship-building skills.
A proactive and collaborative approach to business partnering.
Leadership Behaviours are applicable to this role, and you are expected to demonstrate the relevant behaviours aligned to the context of Personal Leadership.
