Business Development - Sales & Growth

This is NOT a Sales Management Role & it is NOT is it a Business Development Role. MD Brick is seeking a commercial sales executive to lead the next phase of profitable growth.

We are an independent building products distributor founded in 2006 with approximately $30M annual revenue, 25 staff and three NSW branches. The business has ambitious plans to become Australia's leading independent building products company.

This is an Executive Leadership Team appointment where you're focus is on growing revenue, market presence, commercial capability and product diversification

The business intends to grow organically while remaining open to strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions where they strengthen market position and accelerate growth.

Current success has been built on brick & masonry sales via strong customer relationships and exceptional customer service. Future success requires product diversification, stronger commercial leadership and disciplined execution of a long-term growth strategy.

Are you a commercial leader who develops people, grows markets, builds strategic customer relationships, expands product categories and contributes to business strategy?

You will have experience leading commercial or sales functions within building products, construction materials, industrial distribution or adjacent B2B sectors. Strong coaching skills, strategic thinking and financial acumen are essential.
