Construction Estimator

### Company Intro

A Brisbane-based design and build company delivering architectural renovations and new builds across the $500k to $3m range. We're a tight, ambitious team that cares deeply about craft, design, and doing things properly. With a new display office recently opened and continued growth underway, we're looking for the right person to join the team.

### The Role

We're looking for a **mid-level Estimator** to own our quoting and take-off process and support our pre-construction pipeline. You'll work closely with our Pre-Construction Manager and directly with our directors, architects, and trade partners. This is a genuine seat at the table in a growing business, not a back-room number-crunching role.

### Day to Day You Will:

* Prepare detailed estimates and quotes for architectural residential projects using Buildxact or a similar estimating platform

* Complete accurate take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings

* Source and manage trade and supplier pricing

* Support pre-construction activities including scope development, allowances, and tender documentation

* Work with joinery and selections ranges to build consistent, well-structured quotes

* Contribute to improving estimating templates, systems, and processes

### About You

* 3 to 6 years of estimating experience in residential construction, ideally within renovations or architectural builds

* Confident using Buildxact or a similar estimating platform

* Strong drawing literacy with excellent attention to detail

* Comfortable communicating with trades, suppliers, and clients

* Organised, self-directed, and happy working in a small team where your work is visible

* A trade or construction background is a bonus but not essential
