About the Role- (seeking 2 Qualified Educators)

Location: Bundaberg Region (Oakwood QLD)
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time

Commencement- Immediate start

Hours (Monday–Friday):

• Before School Care: 6:30am – 9:00m
• After School Care: 2:30pm – 6:00pm
• Vacation Care (operational): Between 7:00am – 6.00pm
• Fortnightly Admin: between 2 to 4 hours per week

Total Hours:

• minimum 15-20 hrs per week/ per educator (during school terms)
• minimum casual 30 hrs/week (during Vacation Care)

As the OSHC Shared Lead Coordinator and Assistant, you'll lead a passionate team to deliver a safe, engaging, and compliant program. You will work together to design exciting activities, build meaningful connections with children and families, and play an active role within the school community.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting a dedicated team of educators
• Planning and delivering creative, enriching experiences
• Building strong, positive relationships with families and the school community
• Ensuring compliance, safety, and high-quality care
• Overseeing documentation, medical records, and daily operations

About You

• A natural leader who loves working with children and has led a program previously
• Confident communicator across children, families, and school staff
• Creative, energetic, and FUN
• Strong problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude
• Able to maintain a clean, nurturing, and welcoming environment
• Diploma qualified or actively working towards a qualified qualification (as per ACECQA standards)
