What your day could look like

As a Clinical Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality care while supporting residents, families and colleagues. From coordinating complex care needs to strengthening clinical practice and quality outcomes, you'll contribute to a service that makes a genuine difference to people every day.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

• Leading and coordinating care that supports residents' health, wellbeing and quality of life.
• Providing clinical guidance and mentoring to nurses and care teams to build capability and confidence.
• Driving quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance care outcomes.
• Working closely with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve person-centred goals and positive experiences.

You enjoy helping others grow, building strong team relationships and finding better ways to deliver care. Most of all, you'll take pride in creating positive experiences for residents and contributing to healthier, more connected communities.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in aged care, residential care or related healthcare settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Well-developed clinical judgement, communication skills and commitment to quality improvement.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate studies relevant to nursing practice and/or experience working in rural, regional or aged care environments.
