Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

Full-Time (38 hours) or Part-Time (33 hours) Opportunities Available

Due to growth, we are looking for one experienced team member to join our collaborative, high-energy team at our busy chiropractic clinic.

In our clinic, we believe in working together as a team to support each other, set goals, and provide the highest level of care for our practice members.

About the Role

As a key member of our supportive team, you will work alongside 6 Chiropractors and 4 Chiropractic Assistants to help keep our clinic running smoothly.

We are looking for individuals who align with our clinic’s health and wellness culture and who thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment.

Clinic Hours

Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Shifts may vary between mornings, afternoons, or full days depending on your availability.

Please note the following scheduling requirements:

• Some evening shifts until 7:00 PM will be required

• While we offer flexibility in shift selection, our clinic hours are fixed, and we do not offer midday-only or morning-only roles

• Friday and Saturday shifts are required

Key Responsibilities

Patient Interaction and Support
Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and assist patients with enquiries, ensuring they feel supported throughout their care journey. Experience in patient-facing roles is essential.

Payment and Billing
Process payments, assist with health insurance billing enquiries, and ensure seamless financial transactions.

Chiropractor Assistance
Provide administrative and clinical support to chiropractors by assisting with locating reports and imaging, coordinating additional appointments, and proactively managing their appointment books to ensure smooth clinic flow.

Patient Care Coordination
Help patients stay on track with their care plans, ensuring they receive the full benefit of their treatment and remain engaged in their wellness journey.

Multitasking and Clinic Flow
Confidently manage multiple responsibilities in a high-volume clinic. Situational awareness and efficiency are essential.

Administrative Support
Handle scheduling, reporting, recalls, and day-to-day administrative duties to keep the clinic organised and efficient.

Qualifications

• Previous reception or administrative experience (medical or allied health experience highly regarded)

• Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive in a high-energy environment

• Excellent communication skills and confidence supporting patients

• A team-oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate

• High attention to detail

• A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine passion for health and wellness

This is not an entry-level role. We are seeking candidates with prior experience in medical reception or administrative/receptionist work.
