Law School Engagement Consultant (Graduate Opportunity)

You'll become a trusted partner to universities, helping academics access the legal content, learning resources and AI-powered solutions they need to support their students.

About the Role

In this role, you'll manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of universities and law schools throughout Victoria and Queensland.

This is not a hard-sell role. Success comes from understanding your stakeholders, building credibility, and developing long-term partnerships with academics and university decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with law schools, academics, lecturers, university stakeholders and campus bookshops

• Visit universities and meet academics face-to-face through campus visits, events and stakeholder meetings

• Partner with academics to understand curriculum needs and recommend appropriate legal content and learning solutions

• Promote LexisNexis' trusted legal textbooks, digital resources and AI-enabled technologies

• Identify opportunities to deepen engagement across your portfolio

• Act as a trusted adviser to your university partners

• Travel regularly throughout your territory to maintain strong customer relationships

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to share market insights and support business growth

• Maintain accurate customer records and activity updates

About You

We're particularly interested in speaking with Law graduates looking for an alternative career pathway within the legal industry.

You may also come from a background in education, publishing, customer engagement, professional services, account management or a people-focused environment where you've developed strong communication and relationship-building skills.

You'll Bring

• A completed degree in Law, Business, Commerce or a related discipline

• A genuine interest in legal education, legal technology and the future of learning

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence engaging with academics, lecturers and senior stakeholders

• Sales skills and any sales experience highly regarded

• A proactive, organised and professional approach

• The ability to influence and engage others while working towards commercial outcomes

• A valid Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle

• Willingness to travel interstate - 4 trips per semester, each 1 week in duration away from home (travel expenses paid for by the business)
