Bar & Gaming Attendant

About the role

Join our growing team as a Casual F&B Or Gaming Attendant at The Stardust Hotel. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our guests and ensuring the smooth running of our gaming operations.

What you'll be doing

• Assist customers with game rules, new player registrations, and payments

• Ensure gaming equipment is functioning properly and notify management of any issues

• Monitor gaming floor activities to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons

• Responsible for accurate cash handling and daily cash reconciliations

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer queries or concerns

• Adhere to all relevant gaming regulations, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a customer service or gaming environment, preferably in a casino or gaming venue

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of customers

• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent cash handling skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with gaming regulations and a commitment to responsible gaming practices

• Current RCG & RGO must be held at the time of employment

• Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate must be held at the time of employment
