Acculine Pty Ltd, Australia’s leading manufacturer and supplier of door and wall protection systems and architectural movement joint covers, is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Estimator / Internal Sales Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable supporting estimating and quoting, and who also has strong communication skills for phone-based customer support and internal sales. You’ll help customers from enquiry through to quote and order, with a solutions-focused approach and attention to detail.

Estimating & quoting support

• Assist with estimating, scope review, and preparing accurate quotes and proposals

• Prepare and review project mark-ups (e.g., Bluebeam) to confirm scope and requirements

• Assist with preparing shop drawings where required

• Request and follow up supplier pricing, clarifications, and supporting information (RFIs where required)

• Support tender processes, documentation, and deadlines

• Maintain estimating workflow and inbox management

Internal sales & customer communication

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone and email with clear, professional communication

• Build rapport with customers, identify needs, and provide timely solutions

• Prepare quotes using agreed pricing structures and/or project pricing

• Maintain accurate records and job documentation in internal systems (e.g., CRM / SharePoint)

Order & coordination support

• Assist with order processing and ensure documentation is complete and correctly filed

• Support procurement/admin coordination (ordering, tracking, and internal follow-ups)

• Liaise with internal teams (including production) to keep work progressing smoothly

• Experience in estimating/quoting support (or a strong willingness to learn quickly)

• Ability to prepare shop drawings (or willingness to learn)

• Confident communicator—comfortable on the phone and able to build trust with customers

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

• Organised, reliable, and proactive in a busy environment

• Experience with tools such as Salesforce/CRM, SharePoint, Bluebeam, EstimateOne/Cordell, Ostendo is well regarded (training can be provided depending on experience)

• Full-time position based on-site in Broadmeadows, VIC
