Solutions Consultant

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our team, providing subject matter expertise across pre-sales, solution architecture and technical escalations. If you’ve got a strong UC/voice technical background, thrive on solving complex problems, love building relationships with partners and customers, and enjoy being seen as the go-to expert in the room, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role is responsible for providing subject matter expertise across pre-sales, solution architecture and technical escalations. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll support the delivery of enterprise and migration projects, acting as a technical resource throughout the process, while empowering and educating partners to become self-sufficient and contributing directly to the achievement of channel revenue targets and acquisition goals.

• Acting as a subject matter expert in voice and UC solution design and configuration
• Assisting partners with solution scoping and technical strategy
• Acting as a trusted advisor to sales teams, offering fit-to-purpose solution guidance
• Reviewing and signing off on large deal technical solutions
• Supporting acquisition and onboarding teams as needed
• Ensuring successful delivery and implementation of scoped solutions
• Ensuring adherence to project management methodology for enterprise rollouts
• Facilitating effective communication between internal teams, partners and end customers
• Representing Access4 in webinars and podcasts as a technical expert
• Contributing to training materials, user guides and continuous improvement initiatives
• Staying aware of and complying with ISO certifications and standards, and actively participating in related training, audits and improvement effort

What You’ll Bring

• 3-5 years’ experience working with UCaaS environments (e.g. Teams Calling, Webex, RingCentral)
• A track record of delivering voice and collaboration solutions that improve customer experience
• A strong UC/voice technical background, including designing complex call flows
• 2-3 years’ pre-sales experience with a technical focus
• Experience delivering customer training and support
• Exposure to Continual Service Improvement processes
• Strong documentation skills, including training materials and user guides
• Exceptional customer service, relationship management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Effective time management and project adherence
