We are looking for a casual salesperson to work flexible hours Mon - Fri. The role will undertake phone sales & customer service from our Cornubia site & sales rep/merchandising visits around SEQ.
 

Responsibilities include:

• In house phone sales for both retail & wholesale clients. Maximising sales & stocked range with existing client via rep/merchandising visits.

• Co-ordinate the fulfilment of stock orders from receiving to delivery including assisting our dispatch department with pick list prep & quality sign off.

• On the road rep working to increase range and sales in existing independent clients and calling on potential new clients to introduce our range and services. 

• Implementing marketing and sales strategies to develop new business.

• Gather market research on the road and over the phone for new product & distributions.

• Compile & distribute marketing material. 

• Merchandising in retail stores to display and maintain stock.

• Assist with quality control procedures in our dispatch department.

• Administration back up for admin, freight and marketing departments. 

Core Skills Required

• Previous sales experience required.

• Intermediate computer use of excel, word, PowerPoint & social media is required for this position. 

• An understanding of databases would also be helpful. 

• An understanding of the fundamentals of marketing is highly regarded.
