As a Clinical Nurse, you will support the Nurse Unit Manager in leading, coaching and mentoring junior staff in providing excellent Emergency Care to our patients through evidenced based practice. Work in partnership with the NUM to provide leadership and support to the team As part of the leadership team for the Emergency Department provide guidance to staff on clinical issues, National Standards and relevant legislation Assist the NUM in the role out of changes and consolidation of clinical practice Be accountable for the management of human, material and physical resources ensuring ward budget needs are met Participate in the formation of rosters
