Purpose

As Assistant Manager, you will take the lead in orchestrating the Front Office Team, creating unforgettable guest experiences while maintaining a high level of team energy. Demonstrated expertise in Hotel Front Office Operations, marked by a vibrant track record of assuming leadership roles as a Team Leader or SupervisorProficiency in using reservation and property management systems is a plusAbility to multitask and thrive under pressure, fuelled by epic organisational and time management skillsMasterful in the art of both the written and spoken communicationCapable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
