Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care Support: Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, mobility, and continence care.

• Domestic Assistance: Perform light household duties, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.

• Health & Wellbeing Support: Administer medication, support reablement-focused care, and monitor client wellbeing.

• Social & Emotional Support: Provide companionship and facilitate community involvement.

• Care Planning & Documentation: Follow person-centred care plans and maintain accurate records.

• Workplace Health & Safety: Adhere to WHS guidelines and ensure a safe environment.

• Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with team members and participate in training and development.

What You Need:

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Current Australian Driver’s Licence

✔ Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or a relevant field

✔ Active NDIS Worker Screening Check

✔ Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

✔ Comprehensively insured vehicle

Desirable:

✔ Ability to speak a second language (highly regarded)

✔ Previous experience in aged care or disability support (preferred but not essential)
