Are you a skilled Leader with the abilities to Manager and Lead multiple stores in Townsville. We are seeking an influential Area Manager.

HMB Barbers operates 18 stores across Queensland, bringing a consistent, walk-in barbershop experience to local communities statewide. We’re not just another barbershop; we’re a network of top-tier stores across Queensland.

The Area Manager is a commercially accountable, multi-site retail leadership role focused on sales growth, margin discipline, leadership capability and execution of business strategy. The Area Manager is responsible for revenue growth, wage efficiency, retail product performance, and execution of brand standards. This role requires strong multi-site retail or service-based business leader. This role leads performance cadence (weekly KPI rhythm), store action plans, and capability uplift of Store Leaders.

Desired Skillset:

• Multi-site leadership experience (or large-format single-site with complexity)
• Proven delivery of sales growth and KPI improvement (conversion, average transaction value, retail attachment, labour/wage optimisation, customer metrics)
• Strong capability in people leadership: coaching, performance management, recruitment decisions, succession planning
• Confidence working with data: identifying trends and executing improvement.
