IAM Architect

Solara Digital is seeking an experienced IAM/PAM Architect to design, govern and deliver enterprise Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop IAM and PAM architecture, strategy, roadmaps, patterns and technical standardsDesign secure identity lifecycle, access governance, privileged access and role management solutionsDefine architectures for joiner, mover and leaver processes, access requests, approvals, certifications and segregation of dutiesLead the design and integration of IAM/PAM platforms with Active Directory, cloud services, applications, infrastructure and security toolsDesign privileged account discovery, credential vaulting, session management, password rotation and just-in-time access controlsConduct architecture assessments, identify control gaps and develop practical remediation roadmapsProduce high-level and detailed solution designs, architecture diagrams and implementation guidanceSupport platform upgrades, migrations, integrations and continuous improvement initiativesWork closely with security, infrastructure, application, risk and business stakeholdersEnsure solutions align with organisational security policies, regulatory obligations and industry standards
Required ExperienceSignificant experience as an IAM, PAM or Security Architect in complex enterprise environmentsStrong knowledge of identity governance, privileged access management, authentication, authorisation and access controlHands-on architecture experience with Delinea PAM or similar enterprise PAM platformsExperience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, cloud identity and hybrid environmentsStrong understanding of RBAC, least privilege, zero trust and identity lifecycle managementExperience developing architecture standards, patterns, roadmaps and solution designsStrong stakeholder engagement, communication and technical documentation skillsExperience with SailPoint or other identity governance platforms is highly regardedCandidates with experience in critical infrastructure environments and knowledge of the SOCI Act and AESCSF will be preferred
