The Opportunity

Ready to become a Mini Monstars Sports & Music Coach?

We're looking for energetic, reliable and engaging individuals to deliver our signature play-based sports, movement and music programs across the Wagga Wagga region for children aged 0–5 years in early learning centres.

Using our proven, pre-written sessions, you'll bring learning to life through music, movement, games, sports skills, rhythm, imagination and active play, helping little learners build confidence, coordination, creativity and a lifelong love of being active.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Deliver fun and engaging sports and music sessions (30–45 minutes)

• Lead groups of up to 20 children through structured play-based activities

• Introduce fundamental movement and sports skills through games and activities

• Sing, move, play instruments and encourage creative expression

• Create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment

• Work closely with educators to support each group

• Travel between centres delivering sessions throughout the day

Shifts run mornings through early afternoons (Monday–Friday only)

Perfect for school hours, parents returning to work, or around your university schedule.

Requirements

• Current Employee Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• Experience working with children, particularly ages 0–5 years

• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
