Cafe Supervisor

We are currently recruiting an experienced Café Supervisor to join our team at the newly opened Parlour Café at Charles Gairdner Hospital.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring exceptional customer service, high-quality food and coffee, and a positive experience for hospital staff, patients and visitors.

• Supervising the daily operation of the café

• Leading, training and motivating the front-of-house team

• Preparing consistently excellent specialty coffee and fresh food

• Maintaining food safety, quality and presentation standards

• Managing stock ordering, stock rotation and inventory

• Coordinating catering orders and ensuring timely delivery

• Delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in a Café Supervisor or hospitality leadership role

• Strong barista skills and a passion for quality coffee

• Experience leading, training and developing a team

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• A hands-on approach with the ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service

• A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to lead by example

• Must be available to work weekends

• Full-time hours available

• No evening shifts
