About the Role
As a Chef, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen meets the standards Swillhouseis known for.

• Run your section with confidence during preparation and service

• Maintain quality, consistency and presentation across all dishes

• Keep your section organised, clean and service-ready

• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver smooth and efficient services

About You
As a motivated chef, you will take pride in your craft and approach your work with discipline and attention to detail.

• Experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef or Commis Chef

• Confident managing a section in a fast-paced kitchen

• Strong preparation, organisation and time management skills

• Reliable, focused and collaborative in a team environment

• Motivated to continue developing your skills and career
