HASS Teacher
Full time (Temporary, Leave Replacement)
St Brigid’s College is committed to providing excellence in education within a Christ-centred environment. St Brigid’s College supports students in their growth as contributing members of society, whilst imbued in the ethos of the Catholic faith within the spirit of Mercy.
We are seeking a temporary full-time HASS Teacher to join our team for 2027, as a parental leave replacement.
The successful applicant will be committed to maximising the engagement and progress of all students within a culture of excellence and the Catholic faith.
Selection Criteria
· A clear commitment to the objectives and ethos of Catholic education.
· Ability to plan and engage Year 7–12 students in the HASS curriculum.
· Demonstrated understanding of HASS syllabus documents and assessment strategies.
· Maintain high expectations for student achievement and academic excellence.
· An exemplary, enthusiastic educator who works collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement teaching programs that improve student learning through effective and differentiated instruction.
· Excellent classroom management and organisational skills that foster a supportive and safe learning environment.
· Proven ability to establish effective, collaborative working relationships with staff, students, and parents.
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Current Working with Children Check and registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA).
