We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our Workers Compensation (WC) team as our Case Manager to work remotely.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Technical Manager WC Claims, you will be responsible for ensuring Quantumcorp continues to provide our WC clients with the right information in the right timeframe, to enable our clients to make fast and sustainable claims decisions.
The Case Manager WC Claims will provide support to the Technical Managers across the WC portfolio, including but not limited to:
Reviewing client instructions, supporting investigators with clear guidance, coordinating investigation activity, and maintaining accurate oversight within our case management system
Assisting with investigator allocations and providing practical, detailed instructions to help support efficient, high-quality outcomes for our clients
Supporting compliance with WC legislation throughout the investigation process by providing guidance, oversight and timely assistance where required
Working closely with our extensive network of investigators across Australia to provide support, advice and guidance that assists the smooth progress and successful completion of cases
Liaising closely with our insurance and legal clients to the ensure timely and comprehensive updates are provided whilst delivering the highest level of customer service at all times
Assisting the Technical Manager WC claims with quality control requirements, including guidelines, client KPI's & SLA's, legislation, case instructions, objectives and final reporting.
Working closely and collaboratively with managers to support the investigation team and ensure end to end processes are effectively executed, and Quantumcorp’s high level of service is maintained
The ability to write WC reports, as required.

ABOUT YOU
A natural problem solver with relevant insurance experience and an ability to identify and assess investigation progress.
You are driven, motivated and able to progress investigations within designated timeframes and with minimal oversight.
Well-developed written communication skills and proficiency in report writing and critical analysis.
A strong communicator with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, the ability to work well as a team player and communicate effectively with clients and staff.
The ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
Professional, confident and positive attitude.
Strong computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to execute all work tasks with a strong focus on attention to detail.
Ability to plan, organise and manage investigations so as to ensure our business meets and exceeds client requirements and objectives.
Ideally, you will have a minimum 3 years experience managing WC claims for insurers, or case managing WC claims investigations for investigation firms.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
To be successful you must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the WC environment, including the WC legislation, the insurance claims process, and the insurer's requirements of their outsourced investigations.
