About The Role:
This is a great opportunity to lead high-impact strategic property projects that will help shape the future of the City of Charles Sturt. As our Strategic Property Lead, you will turn ideas, evidence and partnerships into practical outcomes that make a real difference for our community.
You will work across Council to drive innovation, coordinate complex initiatives, unlock opportunities and keep projects moving from strategy through to delivery.

About Our Team:
City Planning and Sustainability portfolio is responsible for planning of the city, strategic development, business and economic development, as well as the greening of our community.
The Detail:
The position is offered on a 9 month part-time 0.6 FTE fixed-term basis and is classified at Level 7, with a salary range of $126,847 to $134,515 per annum (pro-rata) + Super + Annual Leave Loading.
