Warehouse Leading Hand

WAREHOUSE LEADING HAND NEEDED!

Iconic (NSW) is seeking a Warehouse Leading Hand to lead and oversee our team in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

Located at 61 Corymbia Road, Werrington NSW 2747, our warehouse operates from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday and specialises in scaffolding equipment and materials.

We are looking for someone who is leadership-focused, social and enjoys working closely with a team. You will be responsible for helping keep the warehouse running smoothly while leading a team of approximately 6 people.

This role involves repetitive movements and manual handling of scaffolding items weighing on average between 2–15kg. We are looking for a reliable and energetic candidate with consistent availability and a strong work ethic.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Leading and overseeing a team of approximately 6 employees

• Supporting, motivating and working alongside the warehouse team

• Ensuring the day-to-day warehouse operations run efficiently

• Cleaning, stacking and counting scaffold materials

• Assisting with preparing scaffold orders required for site

• General warehouse duties, including keeping work areas clean and organised

• Sorting and organising scaffold materials

To Be Suitable, You Must

• Have previous leadership or team-leading experience

• Be leadership-focused and confident managing a team

• Be social, approachable and able to communicate well with others

• Enjoy working as part of a team and creating a positive workplace environment

• Be punctual and reliable

• Have a positive and friendly attitude and be willing to have a go

• Be energetic and have a strong work ethic

• Have forklift experience and be licensed

• Have previous scaffolding experience (preferred but not essential)
