Service Coordinator

About the role

As a Service Coordinator, you will manage our team of Technicians to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to all our clients. This key position involves monitoring service requests and assigning technicians to appropriate jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor service requests and assign technicians to appropriate jobs

• Communicate with customers to schedule in service requests and provide updates on progress

• Communicate with part suppliers to ensure parts arrive in time to meet client time frames

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure job completion meets scheduled time frame

• Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, service parts and completion details

• Perform various administrative duties as required within your job role

• Work within the regulations and safety requirements of the industry

• Adhere to a standard process and correct use of IT Tools

• Actively participate in maintaining and developing technical skills

• Be respectful and safety mindful of site specific protocols at each individual work site

About you

• Experienced background in Electrical / Mechanical repairs

• Sound knowledge of Word and Excel required
