What you will do:

• Owning and growing a portfolio of builders, civil contractors, and disposal facilities.
• Actively prospecting for new clients and projects across New South Wales.
• Quoting, negotiating, and closing deals that deliver value to clients and profitability to EPH.
• Tracking projects and identifying opportunities to position EPH as the preferred supplier.
• Delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client and contractor relationships.

What you bring:

• Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in civil construction, plant hire or related industries.
• A hunter’s mindset; you’re proactive, persistent and thrive on the chase.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• A valid Driver’s Licence and Construction Induction Safety Card (White/Red Card).
• A reputation for being independent, reliable and results-focused.
