About the role
At The Y Bankstown City, no two days are the same. You’ll welcome a diverse community enjoying gymnastics programs, school holiday activities, community programs and events, all within a vibrant, family-focused centre designed to connect people of all ages.
From supporting parents and children through enrolments to helping members navigate programs and facilities, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, inclusive experience at the front desk.

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members and visitors—creating positive experiences every day at the front desk and over the phone.
✅ What you’ll be doing
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phoneRespond to enquiries about programs, bookings and membershipsSupport front desk operations and daily centre activitiesProcess POS transactions and handle cash accuratelyRespond to feedback and resolve issues professionallyHelp maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment
