We pride ourselves on quality, reliability and customer focus, and we are looking for a Full-Time Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our team at Lonsdale, SA.

About the Role

As the Customer Service & Administration Officer, you will play an important role in supporting our customers and internal teams by ensuring orders are processed accurately, information is up to date and customers receive timely and professional service.

You will work closely with our customers, production, quality, technical and other internal teams to coordinate orders, monitor progress and resolve queries.

This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, administration, order management and reporting. You will need to be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via email & phone

• Monitor customer orders and provide regular updates on progress

• Liaise with production and internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met

• Manage customer orders, inventory information and reporting through SAP

• Maintain accurate customer and order information across business systems

• Generate reports and maintain spreadsheets

• Assist with documentation, records and compliance requirements

• Provide general office and administrative support

• Build strong, professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

• Identify issues and work proactively to find practical solutions

What You'll Bring:

• 1-2+ years of customer service or coordinator experience (manufacturing or packaging experience a plus!)

• SAP, Excel, and CRM system skills would be highly regarded

• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Confidence dealing with customers and managing challenging situations professionally
