Recruiting & Compliance Manager

About the role

Own the end-to-end recruitment and compliance function from Day 1 and help build the systems and SOPs behind it. Work directly alongside senior leaders to design how workforce resourcing and compliance operates.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, offer management, and building a candidate pipeline ahead of site demand by using digitally enabled recruitment platforms and processes

• Verify tickets, licences, police checks, medicals and right-to-work before workers are engaged

• Manage onboarding and employee data, ensure compliance is audit-ready on a daily basis

• Troubleshooting blockers in real time to keep workers moving onto site

• Manage the process for discipline, underperformance and offboarding, end-to-end

• Support leaders in EBA and related employee matters

About you

• Experience in blue-collar/workforce recruitment, labour hire or construction-adjacent

• Confident operating digitally enabled recruitment/HR platforms at volume

• Working knowledge of Awards, EBAs, Fair Work and right-to-work compliances

• Minimum Cert IV in HR Management

• Experience scaling a resourcing function alongside workforce growth

• General business management experience
