About the role

Cubby Care Beenleigh is seeking Educators to join our team. With our newly upgraded outdoor play spaces, a recent Assessment & Rating result of Meeting the National Quality Standard, and a passionate, established team, this is a great time to become part of Cubby Care Beenleigh.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality early learning and care

• Build meaningful relationships with children and families

• Contribute to a supportive and connected team culture

• Support children's learning and development in newly upgraded outdoor learning and play environments

About you

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively working towards an ACECQA-approved qualification

• Current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain one

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications, or willingness to obtain them

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• A warm, positive and professional approach

• A passion for building meaningful relationships with children and families
