We're looking for an exceptional person to join our team as a Senior Game Master / Venue Supervisor. This isn't just a customer service role – you'll be responsible for ensuring every guest leaves saying, "That was awesome, I can't wait to come back!"

You'll be trusted to run the venue during your shifts, lead groups through immersive virtual reality experiences, solve problems under pressure, and help maintain the high standards that Zero Latency VR Geelong has become known for.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering outstanding customer experiences from arrival through to departure.

• Hosting and briefing groups before their VR sessions.

• Running and supervising immersive VR experiences.

• Troubleshooting equipment and software when required.

• Supervising venue operations during your shift.

• Opening and closing the venue.

• Managing bookings, enquiries and customer interactions.

• Maintaining a clean, organised and presentation-ready venue.

• Working closely with the team to ensure sessions run smoothly and on time.

• Going the extra mile to create memorable experiences for every guest.

About You

Previous hospitality, retail, entertainment or customer service experience is highly regarded, but attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are even more important.

Availability

This position is offered on a casual basis with consistent weekly hours and increased hours over school holidays.

You'll need to be available for most of the following:

• Thursday evenings

• Friday evenings

• Saturdays (our busiest day)

• Sunday mornings

Weekend availability is essential.
