Service Technician – NSW

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our NSW Technical Service team. In this field-based role, you will provide high-quality installation, maintenance, calibration and repair services for dental equipment across the state.

You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, supporting internal and external customers while ensuring excellent technical service delivery and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Install, calibrate, maintain and repair dental equipmentProvide technical support to customers and internal sales teamsAttend scheduled service calls across NSWComplete accurate service reports via PDA systemsPromote preventive maintenance and service offeringsMaintain tools, equipment and company vehicle in line with policyEnsure high standards of customer service and professionalismSupport inventory accuracy and correct parts usageWork collaboratively with Technical Service and Sales teamsParticipate in ongoing technical training and development

About You

Relevant technical qualification or trade background preferredExperience in a field service or technical support roleStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage prioritiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong computer skills (MS Office Suite)Proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach
