About the Role

As the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing contract performance, commercial outcomes and governance requirements across the Telco Wireless Business, including key contracts such as Telstra, Optus, and nbn.

Additionally, you'll:

• Manage the administration and execution of contracts throughout their lifecycle
• Monitor contractual performance, obligations, risks and compliance requirements
• Lead contract negotiations, variations, extensions and change management processes
• Provide commercial advice and support to operational and project stakeholders
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
• Prepare contract reporting, forecasts and performance insights to support business objectives

About You

• Demonstrated experience in a Contract Manager, Commercial Manager or similar role
• Strong contract administration, governance and commercial management expertise
• Proven ability to manage contractual risk and resolve complex commercial issues
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working within telecommunications, infrastructure, utilities or large service delivery environments will be highly regarded
