The office in Sydney, NSW supports both clinical service delivery and administrative operations.Role Description The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic office. This role includes managing reception duties, greeting clients, answering phone and email inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Office Administrator will handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, invoice preparation, and coordination of correspondence with referrers and other healthcare providers. The position also involves monitoring and maintaining office supplies and equipment, preparing documentation and forms for clinical staff, and supporting basic billing and payment processes.
