About the role
Plan International Australia | Melbourne | Hybrid | Permanent, Full-Time | SCHADS Level 4
Who are we?We are the world's leading organisation dedicated to girls' equality.
At Plan International Australia, we believe that when we invest in girls, everything changes - their families, communities and entire nations rise. We tackle the root causes of inequality, shift money, power and influence toward girls and the local organisations closest to them, and mobilise evidence, resources and investment to create change at scale.
We are evolving. Our new strategy, Girls Rise, positions us as a bridge builder - connecting resources to impact so locally-led organisations can drive change for girls. We're investing in a fundraising pipeline, thought leadership, climate finance, and AI and automation. We're becoming leaner, smarter and more focused. And every role plays a part.
This is where you come in.

You'll personally deliver supplier payments, income processing, reconciliations, payroll administration and federation reporting. The role is focused on managing vital operational work.
Reliable, timely, accurate finance operations free the wider organisation to focus on impact. Your work directly supports the foundations of our strategic flywheel - because none of it turns without a solid financial base.
This role sits within the Business Performance & Optimisation portfolio, reporting to the Financial Controller and Transformation Lead , and works as a key enterprise enabler across the entire organisation.
