About The Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Despatch Clerk to join our warehouse team. Reporting to the Warehouse Distribution Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the despatch office, coordinating distribution activities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Distribution Coordination

Manage daily distribution and delivery schedulesHandle incoming calls and customer enquiriesMaintain accurate warehouse documentation and administrative tasksFile and distribute paperworkLiaise with carriers and coordinate courier servicesProvide consistent, highlevel customer service

Inventory & Consumables Management

Verify transport/freight invoices and delivery docketsComplete freight documentation and assist driversFollow cancellation procedures and liaise with the National Customer Service CentreMonitor and maintain stationery and consumablesCoordinate proofofdelivery processes

AfterService Care

Coordinate and deliver OE fitment stock (tyres/rims)Assist with monthly stocktakesMaintain accurate despatch records

Reverse Logistics

Coordinate customer returns per Goods Return PolicyProcess new tyre returns for customer creditManage warranty tyre returns for Technical Field Services inspection

About You

Strong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesConfident liaising with carriers, drivers, and internal teamsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and within a teamExperience in warehousing or logistics (preferred but not essential)
