As Associate, you will provide support to the Investment Advisers in co-ordination of administration and client management and marketing activities to ensure optimal client service experience in line with LGT Wealth Management’s business objectives and values.
Your ResponsibilitiesManage client onboarding, account opening, and ongoing administration of client portfolios.Coordinate settlement activities including cash and stock transfers, corporate actions, asset transfers, margin calls, and IPO/placement administration.Liaise with clients, Advisers, Operations, and other internal teams to support account management and resolve client queries.Prepare client meeting materials, follow up on actions, and maintain accurate client records and documentation.Proactively support client servicing by ensuring annual reviews, risk profile updates, and compliance documentation are completed on time.Assist Investment Advisers with portfolio administration, investment proposals, review documents, and service delivery reporting.Provide general administrative support including correspondence management, phone support, email management, and data entry.Support client functions, marketing events, and broader team initiatives as required, including reception and office support when needed.
About YouA minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within Wealth Management or Professional Services and a proven aptitude to learn new skills.Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Client experience an advantage.Degree qualified in Finance or related disciplines desirable. RG146 accreditation or equivalent (or willingness to work towards obtaining). Level 1 & Level 2 Derivatives accreditation is advantageous but not a must.
DesirableExperience with Avaloq is beneficial but not essential.Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Event Planner.
