About the Job

With more than 550 locations around the world, our stores are the best place to learn about our miniatures and discover the worlds of Warhammer.

As the first point of contact for our customers, our attentive staff engage all visitors to the store in genuine conversation and take all opportunities to introduce people to our worlds through hands-on, interactive experiences.

As a Warhammer representative, you will be responsible for guiding all customers through their Warhammer journey by creating a fun, engaging and inclusive atmosphere. You will need to be proactive in your approach, while adapting to the ever-changing environment of a busy retail store. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, cheerful, and professional, ready to ensure every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
