Our Cadet Program is designed to offer you a structured learning experience with on-the-job training, mentoring and support from leaders within the firm to develop and grow a long-term successful career in accounting

If you’re a bright, curious-minded high school leaver looking to complete a business or commerce undergraduate university degree with an accounting major for 2027 OR a Bachelor of Laws (with a keen interest in Taxation Law), we want to hear from you! You must be eager to work with the best in the industry, and ready to make your mark in one of the most well-respected firms. 

Opportunities are available within our Business Advisory Services and Tax Advisory Services divisions commencing in February 2027.

• Selected a Commerce/Business degree with an Accounting major as your first ATAR preference at a WA-based university OR selected a Bachelor of Laws (with a keen interest in Taxation Law).
• Achieved strong academic results in Year 11 and Year 12.
• Enthusiastic with a high level of interpersonal and communication skills.
