About the Role
Swinburne University of Technology is seeking a highly capable and strategic professional to join the School of Social Sciences, Media, Film and Education as a Senior Advisor, Strategic Initiatives and act as a trusted and strategic partner to the School Leadership Team - providing high level advice, analysis, and operational support to enable effective leadership and decision making.
As the Senior Advisor, you will operate with a high degree of professional independence and judgement, leading complex initiatives, undertaking strategic analysis and research, and providing advice that will inform executive decision-making. The position requires a strong understanding of the tertiary education sector and the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage risk, and influence outcomes across a complex stakeholder environment.
You will work closely with senior leaders, academics, professional staff and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes that contribute to the ongoing success of the School and Swinburne.
