About the role
Omni Ultrasound & Gynaecological Care is a specialist women’s imaging and gynaecology practice with clinics across Sydney. We are seeking an experienced Medical Administration Officer to join our team at our Kingswood clinic.
This role will suit a confident and highly organised medical administrator who enjoys working in a busy specialist clinic environment and can act as a reliable and experienced member of the administration team.
You will work closely with our doctors, sonographers and administration staff to ensure the clinic runs smoothly while providing a professional and welcoming experience for patients.
Key Responsibilities• Managing front desk reception and patient flow
• Handling phone enquiries and appointment bookings
• Patient check-in and billing
• Preparing clinic lists, referrals and patient documentation
• Coordinating with doctors, sonographers and clinical staff
• Supporting the administration team with general clinic coordination
• Learning to assist with typing ultrasound reports and become proficient in this.
• Maintaining a professional and efficient clinic environment
• Full-time – 5 days per week
• Based at our Kingswood clinic
• Flexibility if clinic activity requires you to go to our other locations such as Dee Why, CBD and Penrith.
• Opportunity to expand skills including ultrasound report typing
• Several years experience in medical reception or medical administration
• Experience working in a specialist clinic or imaging practice preferred
• Experience working in radiology, ultrasound or diagnostic imaging clinics will be highly regarded
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence managing a busy reception environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Professional and patient-focused approach
Previous experience using Karisma/Kestral radiology software systems is highly desirable.
Experience using GE Viewpoint software is preferred.

Position: Full-time (5 days per week) with flexibility to work at other locations as needed.
