Concrete Production Worker

This is a physical, hands-on role based at our concrete sleeper manufacturing site. You’ll be part of the core team involved in the daily process of making our concrete sleepers. This is a casual position with full-time hours, offering steady work for the right person with the potential for long-term opportunities.

• Prepare sleeper molds with steel reinforcement and release agents

• Assist with concrete pours and ensure a smooth, clean finish

• Demold and safely flip cured concrete sleepers (requires moderate to heavy lifting)

• Clean and reset molds for the next production cycle

• (If licensed) Operate a forklift to move and stake completed sleepers

• Conduct quality checks to ensure sleepers meet standards

• Experience in concrete, construction, or trades such as carpentry

• Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting and manual labor

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high work standards

• Hold a valid manual car driver's license

• Able to work both independently and as part of a small team

• Forklift license or relevant experience

• A valid heavy rigid truck license

• Competency in welding and fabricating
