Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educators

We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated educators to join our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team!

Hours for the role include:

Before School Care: 6:30am – 9:00am

After School Care: 2:00pm – 6:00pm

School Holidays: 7:30am – 6:00pm (Flexible shifts available)

About the Role:

You will be working with children from Prep to Year 7, supporting their development through fun and meaningful experiences. Our educators build strong relationships with children and families, provide high-quality care, and contribute to a positive team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards
• A current Blue Card (Paid Working with Children Check)
• First Aid Certificate (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
• A passion for working with children and promoting their wellbeing
• Ability to supervise and support children while multitasking effectively
• Skills in critical reflection and documenting children's learning through observations
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
• Willingness to take part in day-to-day tasks like cleaning, washing up, and maintaining a safe environment
