Training & Education Manager, CRM/EP ANZ

Key responsibilities

• Lead in-field training for CRM employees, including onboarding and new hire programs

• Conduct competency assessments and field coaching to ensure readiness for certification

• Act as the education lead for new product launches

• Develop and execute training plans for internal staff and external customers to ensure successful adoption of new technologies

• Support customer education managers in organizing and delivering training events for healthcare professionals

• Facilitate peer-to-peer training and hands-on workshops, especially for device implantation and management

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and clinical teams to align educational initiatives with business goals

• Create and maintain educational materials, including webinars, manuals, and e-learning modules

• Ensure content is aligned with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices

• Provide insights and reports on training metrics to support strategic decisions

About you

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Allied Health)

• Certifications in instructional design or adult learning are highly valued

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrophysiology, cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs), or related fields

• Strong understanding of CRM technologies and procedures

• Experience in delivering in-person and virtual training

• Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and assessing competencies

• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities

• Capable of managing multiple training programs and coordinating with cross-functional teams

• Analytical skills to monitor training effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly

• Proficiency in using digital tools for training delivery and tracking
