Team Leader – Patient Booking Coordinators

We’re looking for a high-calibre Team Leader to lead our Patient Booking Coordinators and work closely with our Head of Sales & Service to drive exceptional sales, service and patient outcomes.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing the Patient Booking Coordinators team while supporting the Head of Sales & Service with the day-to-day performance and growth of the department.

You will:

• Lead and motivate a high-volume patient booking team.
• Drive team performance against KPIs, sales and conversion targets.
• Coach team members to maximise performance and accountability.
• Work closely with the Head of Sales & Service on strategy, performance and operational initiatives.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee high-volume calls, emails, leads and patient enquiries.
• Ensure exceptional patient experience and service standards.
• Help improve booking, follow-up and conversion processes.
• Champion CRM usage, technology and new systems.
• Take ownership, solve problems and proactively drive improvements.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

• Proven experience leading a large team in a high-performance environment.
• Dental industry experience – essential.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, treatments and item codes.
• Experience using a dental CRM or patient management system.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting, conversion and performance management.
• Experience managing high volumes of calls and emails.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.
• A natural ability to learn new technology and systems quickly.
• Exceptional organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, energetic and results-driven mindset.
