With 10 partners, international backing and a growing advisory division, the practice provides exposure to sophisticated clients and ongoing mentorship from experienced leaders, including ex-Big 4 professionals. The client portfolio spans SMEs through to multinational organisations with turnover of up to $300M.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of the Advisory Team, you'll be involved in:

• Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs

• Assisting with GST, CGT, FBT and Division 7A matters

• Supporting tax planning and client advisory projects

• Preparing reconciliations, workpapers and year-end adjustments

• Assisting with management reporting and Virtual CFO engagements

• Working closely with senior team members on complex client matters

• Building strong client relationships

What You'll Bring

To be successful, you'll have:

• 1+ years Australian Business Services / Public Practice experience

• Progress toward or intention to commence CA or CPA studies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Desire to develop advisory and client-facing skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
